3. The actual speed you receive is subject to being on the Eclipse network and your line quality and distance from the exchange. If your line won't support 24Mbps or you live outside our network area, you'll receive the best speed available which offers a stable service.
All our prices include VAT. If you're having a new connection on a one-month contract basis, there is a set-up fee of £46. You don't pay a set-up fee if you choose a 12-month contract option. There is a cancellation fee if you terminate the service within the contract period (see terms and conditions for further information). You can pay for services by direct debit, Visa or Mastercard.
Set up is FREE for Home Select and Home Pro when you sign up to a 12 month contract. A set up fee of £29.36 applies when you sign up to Home Lite. It is completely FREE of charge if you are switching from another ISP using a valid MAC.
Switching to Eclipse is completely FREE of charge and totally hassle-free. All you need to do is provide a valid MAC from your existing ISP and we’ll take care of the rest.
Home Select customers can get a FREE 1-port router or upgrade to a discounted wireless router for only £14.68. Home 50 customers can get a FREE wireless router when they sign up to a 12 month contract.
Home Select and Home Pro customers can choose between a 1 and 12 month contract. Customer choosing 12 month contracts will benefit from FREE set up and hardware.
Our Home broadband services include monthly usage allowances. This figure is the amount of information, for instance, email attachments and general internet browsing that you can download in one month. It is possible to set a budget on your usage and therefore prevent large and unexpected bills. We will notify you when you are approaching your budget. If you exceed your monthly budget you can temporarily increase your budget, regrade to a different service free of charge, or experience restricted speed until the following month.
