Short contract broadband or broadband with no minimum contract gives you flexibility - and they are available for home broadband and business broadband. Or go for a standard length contract (12 or 18 months) but with a free trial.

Short contract home broadband

	02 Home Broadband packages - up to 20Mb broadband. Prices start at £13.50 a month. Broadband minimum contract - all 02 home broadband contracts are available on 30 day rolling contracts ( there is a connection fee to pay if you choose this option).
	PlusNet Value Broadband and PlusNet Extra Broadband - up to 20Mb. Starting at only £6.49 and £11.49 a month. Broadband minimum contract - leave with only 10 days notice if you pay for a router and £25 activation when joining.
	Eclipse Broadband Home Select and Eclipse Broadband Home Pro. Both up to 24Mbps download speeds. Broadband minimum contract - one month contract (£49.95 activation fee applies when you start your short contract).
	Be Unlimited - up to 24mb broadband download speeds. £25 per month. Broadband minimum contract - 3 months (package price is higher for short contracts - longer contract price is £22/month).
	T-Mobile mobile broadband. Pay per day from £2 a day plus £19.99 for a USB stick. OR pay upfront for a USB stick from £39.99. Up to 7.2Mb. Broadband minimum contract - pay per day; or pay upfront and no contract or monthly charges

Talk Talk Broadband has a 30 day no quibble policy if you are not happy - you can leave within 30 days, no strings.

Business Broadband short contract

Please note - business broadband prices are usually ex-VAT.

	Be Pro (for business) - up to 24mb broadband speeds. £30 per month. Broadband minimum contract - 3 months (package price is higher for short contracts - longer contract price is £27/month)
	Eclipse business broadband. Up to 24Mb broadband speeds. Broadband prices start range from £14.95/month to £49.95 a month. Broadband minimum contract: 1 month (short contracts have an activation fee, from £40).

With some short contract broadband deals, the provider may still charge you if you leave early. Also check the provider's site before signing up as terms and conditions can change.
