Telecoms regulator Ofcom has published proposals on promoting promote next generation broadband networks for new housing and office developments. Additionally it has announced a survey of UK infrastructure to examine how to extend next genenation broadband networks eveywhere else, including looking at delivering super fast broadband via water and electricity companies’ underground pipes.
